Lanta Homes is a curated property marketplace for Koh Lanta, Thailand. We present homes, villas and land for sale and for rent, and connect interested buyers and tenants with the owner or agent. We are an introducer and marketing platform - we are not a party to any sale or lease that results.

Accuracy of listings

We work hard to present every listing accurately, but property details - including price, size, boundaries, title type, availability and photographs - are provided by owners and agents and may change or contain errors. Nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee. All details must be independently verified, and you should take your own legal and survey advice before committing to any transaction. Indicative currency conversions are for guidance only and are not a quoted exchange rate.

Buying property in Thailand

Property ownership in Thailand - including foreign-ownership rules, leasehold versus freehold, condominium quotas, company structures, and transfer fees and taxes - is complex.
