I'm Bee. I'm Thai, and my father's family is from the Krabi coast just across the water from here, so this stretch of the Andaman has always been home. Koh Lanta has been our favourite corner of the world for as long as I can remember, so when my husband and I were expecting our daughter, we knew exactly where we wanted to raise her. We moved to the island to start that chapter.
I know Lanta the way you only can when you live here: the quiet season and the busy one, the different beaches and neighbourhoods, and the local families, resort owners and shopkeepers who have become my friends. I'd rather tell you the honest thing about a property than talk you into the wrong one.
Hospitality is where I come from. I'm a chef by trade, my husband and I ran restaurants in Thailand for years, and today I rent out bungalows of my own and lease my old restaurant to a local family I helped find their feet. So I understand property from the owner's side of the table, not just the agent's. And as a Thai woman married to a Swede, on an island so many Scandinavians have fallen for, I'm at home on both sides of a conversation: I know what local owners need and what overseas buyers are hoping to find.

My mission
I want Koh Lanta and the people who call it home to do well - together.
Koh Lanta gave my family a home, and I don't take that for granted. So much of this island runs on the families who have lived here for years: the ones who own the land, run the resorts and keep the community going. When I help a local owner sell to the right buyer, or fill a home with a family who will actually stay, that's a good outcome for everyone, not just a deal that closed.
My work is simple. Represent local owners well, be honest with buyers and tenants, and make sure the right people find each other. That's the standard I hold myself to on every listing, not the size of the commission. That is the reason this website exists.

Why Koh Lanta
Koh Lanta Yai sits in the Andaman Sea, about an hour south of Krabi: long, quiet beaches, an old town on stilts over the water, and a community that stays all year rather than emptying out after the season. There are international schools, a modern hospital, ferries that run year-round and Krabi Airport around 90 minutes away.
It's grown up just enough to feel safe to invest in, with proper land titles and settled legal processes, while staying small enough that knowing the right people still matters. That's the part I can help with.
